Emily has my "wave" braid and a flower to match her dress, yes, dress!!!

Emily has side braids that wrap around the top of her ponytail.  Lots of ponytail!!!!  We also added a sparkly black bow to the top of the pony.

Bella has a very  long ponytail with little side braids that wrap around the top.  We also added a cute blue flower on the top and a little blue flower bobby pin on the side to hold the wispies back.

1st day of school, 2nd and 5th grade.  Who would have thought they'd need jackets??? It's 47 degrees outside!  Both girls have sequins on, bring on the school year!!!!

Emily's 1st day of middle school, we left the hair down with just a tiny braid to keep her hair out of her face.  lots of hair!

It's been a busy summer already!  The girls are going to gymnastics practice 3 days weekly.  They went to Lake Owen Camp for a week and had a wonderful time.  I missed them though.
Haven't done much with the hair so far, mostly long braids and ponytails, not much reason to do anything fancy when they're just going to practice.  If only we had an "event" coming up soon.....sigh.....

Emily has middle school orientation today.  I asked her what middle schoolers do with their hair and she said ponytail, so..........

And yes, that's how long her hair is in a high pony :O

Tuesday, Emily still has the meet braids, but wanted the back down.  Bella has wet, wet hair, so we just did a ponytail braid.
